HOW IT WORKS

    Choose your service and select an available booking time.

  • 02 — SEND OR DROP OFF

    Ship your wig with tracking or arrange your scheduled drop-off.

  • 03 — WE GET TO WORK

    Your wig is cleaned, repaired, customized or restyled based on the service you booked.

  • 04 — GET YOUR WIG BACK

    We’ll let you know when your wig is ready, then arrange pickup or ship it back to you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Most revamps take between 3–10 business days, depending on the service and condition of the wig.

Colouring, lace replacement, ventilation and reconstruction may require additional time.

Your estimated completion date will be confirmed after your wig is assessed.

ABOUT YOUR BOOKING DATE

The date and time you select reserves your service and schedules your wig’s intake. It is not your wig’s completion or pickup date.

Shipping your wig? You do not need to have your wig arrive at this exact time. Follow the shipping instructions you’ll receive after booking and send your wig with tracking.

Dropping off your wig in person? Your selected date and time will be your scheduled drop-off.
