These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through Koja Hair and services provided through Koja Hair Studio.

By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies applicable to your purchase or service.

Koja Hair is the retail side of the business and sells raw human hair, hair extensions, lace closures, lace frontals and Exclusive Wigs.

Koja Hair Studio provides wig revamp and restoration services.

2. Products

Product descriptions, photographs, prices, available lengths, textures, lace specifications and other product information are provided on the applicable product page.

Natural variations may occur with raw human hair.

3. Raw Hair

Raw human hair is a natural product and may vary in texture, colour, density and pattern.

These natural variations do not automatically indicate a defect.

4. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

If an order cannot be fulfilled as described, Koja will contact the customer and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges will be displayed where required before the transaction is completed.

6. Payments

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout or during booking.

For online service contracts, payment collection will be handled in accordance with applicable Quebec consumer-protection requirements.

7. Wig Revamp Services

Wig revamp services are provided according to the selected service description.

The condition of each wig may affect the work required.

Where additional work is required beyond the selected service, Koja will communicate the additional work and applicable price before proceeding, where required.

8. Wig Inspection

Koja may inspect and document the condition of a wig when it is received.

Photos or video may be taken for condition records, quality control and dispute prevention.

9. Client-Provided Property

Wigs and other items provided by a client remain the client's property unless ownership is otherwise transferred according to law.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the condition and history of their wig.

10. Shipping to Koja

Clients sending wigs to Koja must use a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking information requested after booking.

Clients are responsible for properly packaging their wigs for shipment.

Responsibility for loss or damage while a package is in the carrier's possession will be handled according to applicable law and the carrier's terms.

11. Return Shipping

Completed revamp orders requiring shipment will be returned using a trackable shipping service.

Return shipping is charged separately unless specifically included in the service or order.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the applicable refund policy, service terms and Quebec consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Service Cancellation

Where a client terminates a service contract after work has begun, Koja will handle the cancellation and any refund or amount owing in accordance with the applicable law, including the rules governing work already performed and expenses incurred.

14. Unclaimed Property

Wigs and other property entrusted to Koja for work or processing that remain unclaimed may be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Civil Code of Québec.

15. Service Results

Results can vary depending on the condition, construction, age, previous processing and history of a wig.

Koja cannot guarantee that a damaged or previously processed wig will return to a particular condition.

16. Client Instructions

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including the requested service, desired result and relevant information about previous colouring, chemical processing, repairs or other modifications.

17. Intellectual Property

All original website content, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, written materials and other intellectual property belonging to Koja may not be reproduced or used without permission.

18. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

Koja may update these Terms when necessary.

Any changes will be posted on the website with the applicable effective date, subject to any legal requirements governing changes to consumer contracts.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, as applicable.
