Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for all orders to be processed (these do not include weekends or holidays). Time could be less

Post-Processing Time:    

After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

 

Shipping Time:

Shipping takes between 3-6 business days within the US and Canada

Shipping times for all orders within Canada and the US depend on the shipping speed selected at checkout.

Shipping speed for international orders varies from 3 to 7 business days depending on the country.

 

Shipping Couriers:

We ship out our orders through CanadaPost for USA and Canada and, DHL for international shipping.

Shipping Address 

If shipping and billing addresses are different, KOJA HAIR Ltd. will ask the customer to provide additional information to confirm their identity. A copy of the customer's holding ID and ccd would be needed to complete the purchase. 

 

Duties and Customs Fees

For all international orders, KOJA HAIR Ltd. does not include Duties or Customs fees in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs will be levied by the destination country. 

KOJA HAIR Ltd. is not responsible for Duties and Customs fees levied by other countries. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any Duties and Customs fees levied will be paid by you.

ROUTE is a third-party insurance policy company added to the KOJA HAIR Ltd. website to give customers the option to protect their packages during transit. The decision to choose Route to insure packages is solely the responsibility of the customer.
